These terms apply to Dreki Tafl websites and games where no more specific terms are shown.

1. Using our games

You may use Dreki Tafl games for personal, lawful entertainment in accordance with the rules of the platform through which the game is distributed.

2. Accounts and platform services

Some features may rely on platform accounts such as Google Play Games. Those services are provided by their respective platform operators and may be subject to separate terms.

3. Purchases

Digital purchases in Calm Clear are processed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, refunds and payment processing are handled under Google Play's applicable terms and policies. Digital items have no cash value outside the game unless required by law.

4. Advertising

Free-to-play versions may contain advertising supplied by third-party advertising services. Where available, Calm Clear offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase for interstitial advertising.

5. Intellectual property

Dreki Tafl games, artwork, game designs, text, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Availability and changes

We may update games, correct errors, change features or discontinue online features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.

7. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with game services, attempt to manipulate leaderboards, bypass purchase systems, abuse advertising systems or use the games for unlawful activity.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dreki Tafl is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the games or website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
